The rooms divide and combine, so a workshop for fifteen and a full-day conference use spaces scaled to them. The garden and orangery serve as break areas in season — which in practice is what stops a long agenda feeling like a long agenda.

Catering timed to the programme

Food is prepared by the restaurant's own kitchen, not an outside supplier, so the service schedule is agreed with the same team running the event. Breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner are timed to the agenda rather than to a standard slot; short breaks are served as finger food and cocktail formats, longer ones as seated lunch or buffet.
