Dates go early

The December calendar is narrow. Most companies want the second or third week, Tuesday to Thursday — a handful of dates across the whole city. Enquiries start in September and the busiest days are typically gone by mid-October. The first week of December, and January dates for a New Year gathering instead, stay open considerably longer.

Festive menus
